Ham & Egg Publishing was founded in 2020 by two friends with a lifelong passion for gaming. Their goal was simple: to produce cool stuff without limits on creativity.

Created by Geo Collazo and John “ Hambone” McGuire, Ham & Egg Publishing is a hub for their creative endeavors in books, music, and TTRPGs.

Together, they created 321RPG (formerly 3,2,1…Action!) and have since published thirteen adventures, with more on the way in 2025.
